The terms and conditions outlined below are important. Please read them carefully. When you agree to purchase from HOMEWORKS, you enter into a contract with us, and you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Your use of this site or purchase from HOMEWORKS indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

‘Customer’ is the person who purchases or seeks services from HOMEWORKS; it is also referred to as "you".


  1. When you make a purchase agreement by using this website it is a legally binding contract between you and HOMEWORKS.
  2. HOMEWORKS reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
  3. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  4. Title to the goods remains with HOMEWORKS until you have paid for them. Once the goods are paid in full, the title will pass to you.
  5. Goods sold on this website are for personal, household or domestic use. If goods are not purchased for your personal, household or domestic use, HOMEWORKS excludes all conditions and warranties, expressed or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for purpose.
  6. Orders made by you for products on this website are not binding on HOMEWORKS until accepted by us.
  7. Changes to orders are not allowed after HOMEWORKS has accepted the order.
  8. HOMEWORKS will not be liable for failure of service by your internet service provider.
  9. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that information on this website is correct and accurate, but HOMEWORKS makes no representations as to the accuracy of the information. HOMEWORKS accept no liability for any errors or omissions contained on this website.
  10. Please note we do not ship outside of Australia.



  1. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you make a wrong decision. Please ensure that you choose carefully.
  2. To make a warranty claim, HOMEWORKS will refund your postage and handling costs provided your product meets all of the warranty requirements and you have a copy of the return postage receipt. Please call the customer service centre on 0749427741 to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging where possible and with all contents as shipped to you. A refund will not be granted if this is not adhered to.  If the original packaging is not available, you are required to securely package the item.
  4. When you return your product under a warranty claim , you must include:
    1. A copy of your original invoice
    2. The Return Authorisation Number (RAN) provided to you by HOMEWORKS.
    3. Your contact telephone number and address.
  5. You must return your product by ‘registered post’ as HOMEWORKS will not be responsible for items that are lost or misdirected.
  6. You are not permitted to use the HOMEWORKS trademark, logo or any graphic without the express written authority of HOMEWORKS.
  7. HOMEWORKS shall not be responsible for any loss of damages, however occurring, resulting as a consequence of your use of this website. Limitation of liability is extended but not limited to negligence, special, consequential, direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profit or any other loss however caused resulting from your use of this website.
  8. HOMEWORKS will not be held responsible where your account or computer terminal is used without your consent. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and access to your computer terminal. It is your duty to keep your credit card in a secure location, and not to divulge your details so as to permit unauthorized use.


Delivery Policy

  1. Generally the estimated delivery time* takes up to 10 business days (Monday through Friday excluding public holidays), from the date your payment is received.
  2. Where you have purchased a product that is dispatched from our overseas warehouse, delivery time after payment processing may take up to 3 weeks.
  3. HOMEWORKS will make every effort to deliver your product according to the estimated delivery times* however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
  4. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your products, our carrier will leave a card so you can collect your product from your local depot (identification may be required). Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for redelivery (charges may apply) or collection.
  5. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
